The hotel was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The location was convenient with great parking options. Despite a few minor issues, the staff was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel.

The rooms were super nice.
The room had no heat. It was freezing all night. It was snowing and in The 20s outside. No extra blankets. Room service started knocking at our door at 8:00 am, despite a do not disturb sign, which they removed. All this resulted in two hours sleep.

We especially appreciated having an on-site restaurant and enjoyed playing cards on the covered patio.
The hotel felt dated in many ways, and some appliances in our room needed repair.

Kids constantly running up and down the stairs above/beside our room and down the hallway. They were knocking on our door when I was trying to sleep and also slid a piece of paper under our door with a male part drawn on it. They were next to our room as well and kept pounding on their door licking each other out and yelling etc...

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. the location in a nice area of the city was perfect for exploring Columbus. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. Additionally, the rooms with comfortable beds were a highlight, ensuring a good night's sleep. Lastly, the attention to detail and cleanliness of the hotel were impressive, making me feel comfortable and at ease during my visit.

Great bath tub and pool. Friendly staff. Spacious room with comfy bed. Tasty breakfast with good variety. Helpful Denise in the restaurant.

I booked a room with 2 beds as I was traveling with my 88 yo mother. They had no two bed rooms available. I had to sleep on a cot. The noise was awful. The power went out. woke up to freezing temp by staff banging on the door. They had the wrong room. Awful experience.
